We are today 130-ish Fyndians and we are not stopping here. Instead, we are scaling up and therefor looking for you to join Sandra, Ellinor and me to find all the Fyndians out there and bring them home where they belong.

Search/source/find/attract Fyndians

You will be in charge of finding, evaluating and engaging candidates that could be a perfect match for the positions that you manage. So how will you find them? In different ways, it could be by searching online but also in other creative ways as well as checking out the incoming applications. By phone screening the candidate you will know if they are possible Fyndians and that they have required qualifications. You will not be alone in the recruitment process, instead you will be working closely with us in Talent Acquisition as well as the hiring manager. Together we'll find our Fyndians and most importantly have fun while doing so.

Meet your Fyndian HR family

We are 5 in HR: 3 kick ass, if I may say so myself, TAs, 1 Office Manager with super powers and last but not least, our awesome Head of HR. Her name is Anna, she is a very cool person and she loves adventures, learning new things and dancing. Oh yeah she is also from Dalarna, which makes her super cool because Dalahästen and falukorv was invented there.

Has just finished his/her studies and ready to learn more about recruitment. You have a passion for networking with talented people. You love reaching out by email, phone or any other creative ways. You love to set stuff in motion and run instead of waiting around.
