What would you be working with?
As a Talent Sourcer at Mindler, you will work to ensure a positive candidate experience for all of those involved in our recruitment process. Some of your duties in this role will include:
• Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing and screening techniques.
• Maintaining our candidate databases (we use Teamtailor as our applicant tracking system).
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Work with the rest of the TA-team to improve processes and ways of working.
• Be an ambassador for Mindler's core values, mission and vision.
• Take part in various People & Culture projects when necessary.
Who are you?
• BSc in Human Resource Management or other relevant fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish
• A passion for engaging talent and building great teams.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Great interpersonal skills and a service mindset.
