We are expanding our People & Culture department and looking for a new key player in the team - a Talent Sourcer! You will be the expert at sourcing and finding top talent to the company. If you're persistent and take initiative, you'll be sure to succeed in this role!
What you'll do
• Proactively attract and search for candidates on various channels, such as social media, internet forums and other networks
• Contact interesting candidates and hold screening phone interviews
• Work closely with recruiting managers and HR manager
• Ensure that your sourcing process is of a high standard and candidates are being assessed in a professional way
Who you are
• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent within HR
• Sourcing experience, within different business areas, gained in an executive search firm or in-house sourcing role
• A skilled networker with a high ability to gain trust
• You are driven and you find ways of improving the quality of your work
• A true team player who is thrives when collaborating across teams, functions, and locations
• Fluent in Swedish and English
