hela Sverige Perido is looking for a talent researcher for our partner, a big company active within the telecom-sector. The job is positioned at the company's newly built office, placed in Solna, Stockholm.
In this role you will assist all advisors with IT-research and recruitment. To find, attract and engage candidates is part of your everyday work. This means that you will use Boolean and alternative search techniques in LinkedIn and other talent databases. This is a role which offers a wide spectrum of tasks - from strategic issues related to search, to detailed hands-on tasks. You will also handle practical issues such as forming and writing job ads, advising on and selecting advertising channels, screening candidates and brainstorm new ways of sourcing. This role offers the opportunity to create a good candidate experience, something we believe you see a great value in. An important part of your job is also being a profile for the company, while working towards candidates, building talent pipelines, being in continuous dialogue and networking.

Required qualifications
• Post-secondary education, preferable within HR, business, IT
• Two years or more experience from similar tasks
• Good knowledge in using advanced search and Boolean operators
• Experience of building talent pipelines
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Fulltime. Start as soon as possible, 6 months with possible extension.
