Reporting directly to the Group COO, you will be given the responsibility for first auditing and then proposing a strategy to level up our talent platform and engagement in collaboration with key stakeholders and you will be in charge of execution as well as constantly improving and scaling the talent back-office toolset behind that platform. You will also project manage all initiatives and toolsets related to talent management at a group level.
Ideal candidate: This is a new Group role. You have relevant people / Talent / HR platform building and project management experience either in a consultancy, scaled start-up, Venture Capital / PE firm or public company. You have experience in building and administering a 360-talent management back-office solution that supports and empowers talent at all levels. You are able to handle and improve reward and in particular on company LTIP programs. You have experience in supporting C level executives and Operational VP's with compensation planning & strategy as well as recruiting and retention processes & tools. You are a team player and able to bring additional skill sets to the Stillfront Group beyond your core competences. You have a clear track record of having successfully delivered complex strategic HR projects with several stakeholders. You have also designed and run talent engagement and onboarding processes. Understanding of the games industry landscape is a plus.
You will be given the responsibility for first auditing and then proposing a strategy to level up our talent platform strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders and you will be in charge of execution as well as constantly improving and scaling the talent back office toolset behind that platform . You will also work in close collaboration with the COO, CFO, CTO and Operational VPs on a day-to-day basis to ensure consistency and quality across all talent processes at HQ and studio level and keep & maintain a central record of all information necessary for optimal talent management.
Stillfront HQ is located in Stockholm, Sweden. Preference for the role to be based in Stockholm but other European, locations possible with frequent travel to Stockholm and occasionally to studio locations.

General senior management experience

Strong people management and interpersonal skills

Proven recent strong project management experience, ideally in talent management / HR / strategic projects

Ideally at least 10 years' experience in the games or tech industry in operational and / or talent management roles

Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong strategic mindset with the capacity to operate autonomously

Fluent in English is a key requirement with extra languages a plus
