Who you are
Be part of the team as we expand the limits within separation technologyAlfa Laval invests in the field of separation technology with increased focus on advanced computer simulation methods like FEM, CFD and Topology optimization. Connectivity and digitalisation is also on the agenda, implementing e.g. various sensor technologies and software algorithms in the products. We are looking for passionate, driven engineering talents who can help us to do even better than we do today.
The trainee programme will run for 15 months and includes five rotations that will last 2-4 months each. You will get to work in different areas of the R&D organisation and you will get a mentor in the organisation throughout the programme who will guide and support you in your development. One of the job rotations will be situated abroad, providing international experience in the organisation. You will also have a project that runs throughout the programme.
Who you are
You have a Master's degree in Engineering, completed when the programme starts
Maximum 1,5 year full-time working experience prior to start of the programme
Fluent English language skills
A passion for engineering
You are driven, ambitious and result-oriented
A team player with and open-minded attitude
Creative with strong analytical capabilities
