hela Sverige The incumbent is responsible for leading and coordinating the RCS & Wayside's Talents Programs: the Key Talent Program (KTP) and the Graduate Program, RCS' global and strategic competence development programs aimed at accelerating the career development of talented employees and new recruits. These programs coexist with other leadership programs which fit local business needs. The incumbent is responsible to align with other programs, and to identify and drive standardization, lessons learned and best practices sharing. In addition, the incumbent will take responsibility on a seamless delivery of the programs, working with various teams, functions, line managers, candidates and participants.
• Plan and coordinate the RCS Graduates recruitment and selection, rotations, training modules and performance review processes between Managers, RCS Graduates and HRBPs.
• Track recruitments and global transfers throughout the process.
• Coordinate the HR Shared Services teams who work with these programs, such as Recruitment team, Learning & Development team, Global Transfer Management team, Compensation & Benefits team, HRBP, Line managers, trainers, content owners.
• Oversee the match of business needs and delivery of the RCS Key Talent Program and RCS Graduate Program and manage them throughout their respective life cycles.
• Formalize business needs in both quality and quantity. Take ownership to identify demand from divisions and functions, recommend intake size.
• Drive the KTP nomination process; keep stakeholders informed about timeframe, nomination criteria and compile nomination data.
• Drive the recruitment and selection process with managers, HRBPs and recruiters.
• Market the RCS Key Talent Program and RCS Graduate Program and manage internal and external communication.
• Act as a Project Manager for the RCS Key Talent Program organization which consists of training content owners, internal and external trainers, suppliers and the Shared Services team, to ensure a smooth and effective delivery on target and on budget.
• University degree
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Business mind-set
• Willingness for occasional travelling-less than 10% per year both internal and international
• Open minded, easily adaptable, positive attitude towards new challenges
• Demonstrates diplomacy, positive attitude and flexibility
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• English business fluent are mandatory for this role
