Tele2 Group Human Resources
Tele2 Group Human Resources is responsible for driving people related strategies for the Tele2 Group. This is done in close co-operation with our ten local operations. We have a strategic view and a hands-on approach in supporting the Tele2 Group operations in human resource/people related matters that support the delivery of the business strategy.

Responsibilities and duties:
We are searching for an experienced human resources professional with global responsibility for the talent, performance and employer branding, from strategic to operational/implementation level.

Responsibilities will, among others, include:
• Design and delivery of the Group performance management strategy
• Design and delivery of the Group talent management strategy, including strategic succession planning, leadership development and high potential programs
• Design and delivery of the Group employer branding platform and coordination of the local implementation
• Driving employee engagement; managing global employee satisfaction and engagement survey

Competence and experience:
• 5-7 years? work experience at strategic and operational human resources area in international companies
• Relevant university degree and professional qualifications in human resources (CIPD and/or similar)
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Tele2 business and HR challenges and market areas where we operate
• Proven record of design, delivery and implementation of HR strategies in international context
• Experience in working with local management teams and on HQ/global functions
• Speak and write business English fluently, knowledge of additional languages from Tele2 footprint is advantage
• Self-motivated, driven and takes responsibility
• Make decisions and create results in a high pace
• Strong analytical sense
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
