We are now recruiting a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist to our head office in Gothenburg. In this position you will be responsible for driving and developing projects that help secure a great employee experience during the employee life cycle. Together with the corporate team for leadership & development this position is part of developing strategy and range of initiatives for Engagement, our Employee Value Proposition, Employer Branding and Onboarding and will also act as a link between corporate and local businesses. The position holder is subject matter expert on all areas mentioned and is expected to stay up to date on the latest trends and industry developments, technology advancements etc. You will work closely with all corporate HR functions.
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Drive the development and implementation of the Getinge Employee Value Proposition.
• Maintain and updated EVP for Getinge with regular reviews
• Continuously develop the Onboarding portfolio of Getinge to help develop a new hire experience that delights.
• Update and keep our Corporate Onboarding program and secure a feedback loop for continuous development
• Assess new technologies and platforms that can serve our employees better
• Work with pre-boarding and define efficient programs that allow new hires to quickly process and submit information as well as get familiar with Getinge before the start.
• Define current gaps in our offerings and develop a plan to meet these needs e.g. Manager onboarding
• Develop an Employer Branding strategy and plan to include:
• Define campaigns and actions that help increase awareness of Getinge as an employer.
• Develop and maintain a toolbox that can be used by local HR to support their employer branding needs
• Communicate with Marketing Communications and Corporate Communications to develop and roll out initiatives.
• With the recruitment function define key focus areas and competencies as well as profiles to be targeted
• Act as a subject matter expert and support the organization to interpret and analyze employee engagement survey results
• Act as a key user and support in the engagement tool
• Act as a project lead and/or team member in the implementation of Glint
Who you are:
To be successful in this role we believe you have the following background:
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Each organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary education, background, training, and experience to assure that all activities required by this part are correctly performed and shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned responsibilities. Training shall be documented.
• Min. Bachelor in Business or Personnel Administration
• Experience of Organizational Development (e.g Learning & Development, Culture, Employee Engagement)
• Knowledge and experience from working cross-functionally and driving projects in a global matrix organization
• Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in English
