In Talent & Organisational Development Processes, we manage several of the employee life cycle processes, ensure competences and deliver global services.
We are looking for a Talent & Organisational Development Specialist to focus on Leadership and Employee Life Cycle.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Coordinate Leadership Programmes, High Potential Programmes and the Crash Course (including forecasting, suppliers, communication with stakeholders, evaluations of programmes)
• Participate in Design Projects (i.e. new Leadership Portfolio, redesign of Crash Course and others)
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in areas like Perform, Develop, Recruit
• Coordinate the Global Mentoring Programme (nominations, communication, events)
• Organise and participate in Assessment Centers; manage assessment tools and follow up
• Contribute to the successful deployment of the Future Talent Programme (follow up on hiring, campaigns, provide required support)
• Support with Social Media handling and communications (updates on team sites, Orbis, Management of Linked In, Facebook, etc)
• Be responsible for putting a calendar in place for T&OD activities in scope and manage it
• Drive/Coordinate standard communication and documentation as needed
• Perform analysis and issue reports concerning different processes and activities
• Provide system support (Learning Management and eLearning systems, myLink)
Qualifications
What we require from you is that you:
• Learn fast
• Are keen on going outside of your comfort zone
• Work with different teams around the world (HRSCs), and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels (fluently in English)
• Are flexible and keep a positive attitude in the face of uncertainty
• Love to work with systems and digital tools and have experience working with myLink and/or other systems like LMS or eLearning
• Manage your own work and contribute to projects in an independent manner
• Are experienced with analytics and reports and have an excellent command of Excel
• You hold a University Degree and have gained experience in Human Resources or other relevant areas
