hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Screen Interaction AB i Stockholm As Talent manager your focus is to attract new employees and to inspire and develop our growing multi-disciplinary team of digital/mobile/ux-strategists, service designers, interaction designers, visual designers, SW developers and project managers. You will lead a team of thirty people from a development and performance perspective.
You will be working closely with the CEO and Marketing managers continuously communicating with potential employees and increasing awareness of the Screen Interaction employer brand.
Your main responsiblities will be:
• Map, analyze and plan for the need of talent.
• Recruit new staff and develop the competence of existing employees, inline with Screen Interaction?s strategic goals.
• Continuous follow-up on targets regarding performance, development and employee satisfaction.
• Be a single point of contact for employees regarding every aspect of their employment at Screen Interaction.
• Support the CEO in developing the strategic and long-term talent agenda inline with Screen Interaction?s strategic goals (culture, values, ways of working)
Your background:
You are a team player and a never ending source of inspiration for our employees. You are passionate about people and their personal and professional development. You are convinced that the management of talent and the happiness of our employees is critical to the business of Screen Interaction.
Also, You have a substantial network of people working in the area of digital service and product development and you just love to be out there finding our new colleagues.
Your have:
• Several years of experience from leading people over time.
• Ability and passion for business and customer development within the digital domain.
• A thorough understanding of the competence profiles represented at Screen Interaction.
• Ability and passion to support our employees with dialogue, methods and networks for their personal and professional development.
• Ability and passion to continuously build on the Screen Interaction employer brand.
• Ability and passion to develop our ways of working together with competence leads in our different roles.
• Exellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English.
