You will be part of HR Center in Västerås. We provide services within people management to all business units in Sweden and, in specific areas, to HR in other countries in Northern Europe. Our job is to attract, recruit and support the development of employees, and to provide services such as an HR Service desk as well as payroll and travel cost administration for employees within ABB. Through common and effective HR processes and a united team, we increase quality and reduce costs for HR within ABB. As part of our global HR, we develop our services in close collaboration with Swedish, regional and global colleagues to support our business in the best way possible.

The challenge: If you are ready to take the lead on Talent Management in a global and cutting edge technology company, this could be the right opening for you. With responsibility for Sweden and the Northern Europe Region, you will be part of the management team at HR Center in Sweden and the team representing Northern Europe. You will focus on managing, following up and set vision, strategy and targets in relation to Talent Management as well as Learning and Development in Sweden and the region. Some of your key tasks will be to build and maintain a culture that enables ABB to attract, develop and retain the best people to sustain business performance and growth. As company representative for Talent, Learning and Development issues you will participate in talks and forums both internally and externally.

The requirements: You hold a Master?s degree and have several years? experience from a managerial position. A background from HR operations, business development and change management is important in this role, not least because an organizational understanding and knowledge is crucial when promoting Talent Management. In a global company like ABB, fluency in English and Swedish is a must as is good IT skills. On a personal level you are analytical, communicative and have a well-developed strategic mindset. Moreover you have strong listening skill and a flair for building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Equally important is your ability to cooperate and to organize.
