That's where you come in. We are looking for a talented individual who would like to work with building an amazing team here at Fishbrain. As talent manager at Fishbrain, you will become a vital part in building our HR organization. We plan to double the number of employees in 2018 and we want to find someone who is up for this challenge.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting Hiring Managers with recruitment, job specs, employment agreements
• Staffing and recruiting - both own outreach, working with headhunters and handling inbound applications
• Coordinating new hires' relocation to Sweden
• General day-to-day HR support for our leaders and employees
• Employee development
• On-boarding, Off-boarding
• Benefits administration
• Event management & coordination
• Keep recruitment system up to date
• Familiarity with Swedish labor law is a plus
To be successful in the role we think you:
• Have an entrepreneurial drive with previous experience in recruiting and preferably also in more areas of human resources.
• Learning energizes you. Not knowing something makes you excited, not worried.
• Strong communication skills. You like to connect with new people and work well both in a team and by yourself.
• Fluent in English. Some knowledge of Swedish is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• You know how to get stuff done and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
