Develop and deploy HR strategy, plans, and policies for EricssonDevelop strategy, directives, processes and tools for respective functional areas within HRProvide global functional expertise and develop functional competence and efficiency.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Region Talent Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) Head to be the main point of contact and to provide expert Talent Management advice to Region leaders. The Region Talent Management SME Head will work in close alignment with other Talent Management SME's globally. You will be responsible to help build and execute the People Strategy within your domain. You will also consult and drive the necessary changes to ensure we have the best talent throughout the organization.

The position is located in either Stockholm, Sweden or Moscow, Russian Federation reporting to the Global Head of Talent Management.

This is an exciting time to join the Talent Management function at Ericsson as it embarks on a major transformation to globalize processes and solutions for increased effectiveness.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Manage relationships with local leadership (HR and Senior Region Leadership)Consult on needs and potential talent management solutionsGet involved in design and delivery of solutions as appropriate, including at the global levelProvide input to global Talent Management strategyTranslate global strategy into local strategy and needsManage project planning, roll out and execution of all processes for all Talent Management practices.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree is preferred in HR or Business or related field10+ years of experience in HR/Talent Management, preferably combining both Business Partner and SME roles3+ years of experience managing people, including virtually and matrixExperience working across regions with multiple requirements and business realitiesProven experience facilitating business meetings and training at different levels in the organizationHighly developed knowledge of Talent Management, both in terms of process design and solution deploymentProven experience managing global projects and initiativesHighly developed written and oral communication skillsHighly developed analytical skillsStrong collaborations and consulting skillsStrong knowledge of business applications (MS Office Suite)
