All about the role:
Electrolux Group, with its strong focus on Talent Management (TM), recognizes that the company's ability to deliver on the strategy is based on developing excellent leadership capabilities, high performing teams and best-in-class employee experiences. We follow global practices relating to Talent & Performance and Learning & Development (succession planning, performance management, learning initiatives and full talent management cycle).
This position is an integral part of the Global Talent Management Leadership Team, reporting to the VP Talent Management. In the role you will deploy global programs and processes, by partnering primarily with business leaders and the 'People' (HR) function in Region Europe/APACMEA. You will also collaborate across global functions and other regions, contributing to global initiatives and projects.

What you'll do:
• You deploy, provide expertise and consult on the global Talent Management strategy with all its included workstreams in the Business Area Europe/APACMEA
• In parallel, you own a defined global process scope, contribute with subject matter expertise to strategic discussions and take a hands-on, operational approach to rolling out global programs and projects
• You support the business hands-on in fueling succession pipelines, through talent reviews and development
• You support deployment of the Group's future skills strategy and support the business in identifying skills needs, now and for the future, building needed upskilling/re-skilling programs for your area in collaboration with the Group's L&D and Skills Management Centre of Excellence

In detail, you will:
• Closely collaborate with the SVP People, Communications and Continuous Improvement to execute the talent agenda
• Business partner with leaders and people business partners to promote a cross-collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture based on our desired organizational behaviors, matrix principle, leadership and team collaboration models
• Anchor and deploy Talent Management programs in Region Europe/APACMEA
• Ensure timely deployment of globally standardized talent management practices, securing strong succession pipelines for critical roles by rolling out targeted development initiatives and internal mobility opportunities for employees
• Facilitate, coach and deploy strategic global people initiatives, concepts and tools in the region Europe/APACMEA
• Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies in all aspects of people practices, and continuously contribute to the global Talent Management Centre of Excellence with innovation and improvement ideas,

Who you are:
• You have a solid track record and minimum 7 years of experience in the Human Resource function, with in-depth experience in talent management processes, such as talent reviews, succession planning and performance improvement actions
• Previous experience from an HR Business Partner role, in a multicultural and matrix-organized corporation, is considered a strong merit
• You have solid business acumen and leadership stakeholder management skills; you understand how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs
• You have strong analytical skills to leverage insights from people data
• Your key to success is building strong business partnerships with leadership teams and people business partners through hands-on, operative, pragmatic support, coaching and consulting
• You have excellent communication, storytelling and influencing skills, in English, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and proven track record in stakeholder management
