Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Delivery Manager to manage the delivery of cost-efficient and high-quality HR transactional services within an agreed Service Management Framework.

In this role, you will work in close alignment with Talent Managers globally. The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden and you will report to the Head of Talent Effectiveness. This is an exciting time to join the Talent Management team at Ericsson and contribute to the transformation to globalize processes and solutions for increased effectiveness. This is a great opportunity to gain deep expertise in the Talent Management area, to learn and grow to take further steps in TM and rest of HR.

Responsibilities & Tasks
• Apply and facilitate execution of HR policies & processes
• Deliver HR services within agreed service framework
• Provide functional expertise regarding HR processes and systems
• Run and participate in HR Delivery projects
• Ensure data quality in HR systems
• Manage agreed local vendors

Position Qualifications
• Bachelor degree, preferably within HR or relevant experience within required area
• Presentation and communication skills
• Proactive, service oriented mind-set
• Analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
