Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
You will initiate and coordinate activities within the field of talent management
from Group HR. You run the global graduate program Future Leaders and drive
the recruitment process. You run the leadership program for young potentials in the
Group, and are very involved with the other two development programs run from
Group HR. For the right person, setting up a global mentor program for the talent pool could be part of the job.
It is meriting if you have an understanding for how HR can work with social
media, notably LinkedIn. You will further initiate and drive international
cooperation projects and contribute to the all-round development of the talent
processes.
