We support the full Volvo Group with expertise, processes and tools in talent acquisition and recruitment services. In India, Poland and Sweden we have a line-organization supporting all regions and time-zones in close collaboration with local counterparts.
To take the next step in our development and increase capabilities in talent attraction we are looking for a passionate and dedicated global lead for talent attraction. In this role your main scope will be to produce and promote digital content and drive social media campaigns in close collaboration with group communication and our talent acquisition community.

We believe you have a passion for, and deep knowledge in digital marketing, how to build and drive social media campaigns, and create engaged talent pipelines for our various critical recruitment processes. You will be working closely with our corporate communication creating content and with our talent acquisition specialists and sourcers to reach the desired target groups.
What you will do:
• Plan and drive social media campaigns in close collaboration with recruiters and sourcers.
• Create and edit digital content for future campaigns for various business entities and/or markets.
• Standardize campaign material to reduce time to market and analyse performance.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as agencies.
• Be part of developing long term strategies and short-term initiatives that aim to strengthen the Volvo Groups talent acquisition capabilities

Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced communicator with a proven track-record from digital marketing and social media, preferably within talent acquisition.
You have professional experience from working with the digital marketing eco system including SOME platforms, paid marketing, conversion etc. Experience from Linkedin Campaign Manager and/or Meta Ads Manager is seen as an advantage. You will need to be able to adjust digital content to match the purpose, this includes knowledge in editing of text, images, and videos.
You build and maintain long-term business relationships and feel comfortable in networking in an international environment.
We believe that you have a Bachelor's Degree or Higher Vocational Education within Digital Marketing, Communication, Human Resources and/or Business administration, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
