hela Sverige In this position you will play an essential role to deliver global, regional and local processes and programmes within Talent Management and Learning and Development. You will also drive our cultural mind-set and deliver Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.
This position is part of our Regional Center of Expertise where you will be part of the European T&OE team, consisting of five people who report to the Regional Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager.
In this role the main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Delivery of global Talent Management, Learning & Development and Culture processes in the region.
• Support Regional Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager in analyzing regional needs and acts as expert consultant to regional leaders on CoE topics.
• In collaboration with the Regional Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager, design, develop and deliver (internally or outsourced) local Talent Management, Learning & Development and Culture programs aligned with global Talent Management, Learning & Development and Culture policies.
• Prepare for and monitor seamless execution of the operational CoE activities via People Services department.
• Keeps up to date on best practices in the areas of Talent Management, Learning & Development and Culture.

As part of our future HR set up within AkzoNobel Paints & Coatings we are now looking for a Regional Talent and Organizational Effectiveness (T&OE) Advisor.
We are looking for you with the following background:
• Degree ideally within HR, Psychology, Management or Business Administration or equal.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, of which min. 3 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Culture roles.
• Track record in successful project management of training program design, development & delivery.
• Proven track record in identifying, selecting and commercially negotiating with external partners.
• Proven international orientation, cultural and D&I awareness.
• Experience from working in a multinational matrix organization
• Fluent in the Swedish as well as the English language, written and spoken.

You are and excellent communicator with the ability to support change in the organization. You have a professional presence and have strong business acumen. You are Customer oriented and have a mind-set of develop yourself as well as others. Collaboration and a lot of engagement will be key factors for success.
