Job description
The Talent Acquisition Management is responsible for employer branding and internal communications for Epiroc in Sweden and for recruitment and onboarding of new employees in Epiroc Örebro. The team consists of five members and now we are looking for a manger for this team, since the current manager is moving on in her career.
Your mission
Together with your team you build the Epiroc employer brand. You also work with forward thinking recruitment work and ensures that the process always is world-class. You enjoy to work with creating new ways of doing things, to develop and to see results.
In this role, it is your mission to make sure that:
* Recruitment work is in line with the business strategy and company values.
* Employer brand and internal communications have a high standard and follow trends and develop when it comes to technology and digitalization.
* The process for onboarding is top class and that it is clear to the organization
As a Talent Acquisition Manager you enjoy having a coaching leader role, recognized by commitment and professionalism - and an ability to get others to grow and develop. You are going to lead experienced specialists that foremost wants a sounding board to continue their development.
You get motivated by developing operational processes but also enjoy working with strategic change management.
Together with your team you are the face of the company externally and you should have experience from cooperation with external stakeholders. You will have a broad internal network - globally, regionally and locally. In your role you will take part in global employer branding work.
Your experience
We want you to have experience from strategic and operational work in the recruitment and employer branding area. You have several years' experience from being a manager and it is a merit to have lead teams in change. You have very high competence in modern recruitment work and good knowledge as well as strong interest in development and trends within the talent acquisition area.
We think you have a background as a talent acquisition manager, recruitment manager or employer branding manager. You have strong communicative skills in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
University degree in Media and communications, Human Resources or equivalent is required.
