Northvolt is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our passionate team of Manufacturing recruiters. We are based out of Stockholm, Västerås and Skellefteå and are now looking for an additional colleague "up north". In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building the culture in our first giga-factory in Skellefteå.

You will be in charge of leading full-cycle recruitment processes for our manufacturing organisation focussing on volume roles (e.g. machine operators) but also some specialist roles (e.g. maintenance, technicians). By joining our team you will not only have the chance to bring on great manufacturing candidates but contribute to building and improving our volume recruitment processes in close collaboration with your team.

You will join a geographically dispersed team and you get excited about the idea to work in a remote team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Leading recruiting processes for manufacturing roles (e.g. operators, maintenance technicians, material handlers, logistic specialists) independently from beginning to end
- Improving our volume recruitment processes to ensure highly talented inflow of candidates in a scalable manner
- Contributing to strengthen our supportive team of manufacturing recruiters
- Collaborating with other recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders in order to identify top talent

The person we are looking for is strongly goal oriented, curious and eager to learn. You will get the chance to have a real impact on our success story in Sweden (to start with) and see the results of your work. Our organization requires and values great self-discipline and a natural talent to make things happen. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a vital member of the Manufacturing Recruitment team and key to Northvolt's mission to enable the future of energy.

Apply by filling in our application form and attaching either your CV or linking to your LinkedIn profile.

Full time employment, fixed salary.
Planned starting date is as soon as possible.

Education/Experience

- A relevant university degree in a HR/Business is a merit but not a must
- A couple of years of experience from leading recruitment processes independently from beginning to end and if you have worked with volume recruitment processes that is a plus
- Good understanding of recruiting processes for manufacturing roles (e.g. operators, maintenance technicians, material handlers, logistic specialists), preferably you have even worked with these roles before
- If you even have some experience from talent search when it comes to the roles we are responsible for, this is a merit
- Experience from working successfully in multi-cultural environments is a plus
- Experience from working successfully in remote teams is a plus

Specific Skills/Abilities

- Passion for recruitment, candidate experience and finding exceptional talent for Northvolt with a focus on diversity and gender equality
- Motivation to learn more about the roles you will recruit for and a proactive approach in getting the information you need for successful recruitment processes
- Ability to understand how your recruitment work impacts others (candidates, hiring managers, recruitment team) and initiate improvements based in your insights
- Self-driven and organized approach, a can-to-attitude and stamina to deliver high-quality recruitment work
- Ability to work independently and involve others when needed
- Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a major plus

Northvolt was founded in 2016 with the mission to build the world's greenest battery cell, with a minimal carbon footprint and the highest ambitions for recycling, to enable the European transition to renewable energy. Northvolt's team of experts is building the next generation battery cell factory focused on process innovation, scale and vertical integration. Once completed, it will be Europe's largest battery cell factory and produce 32 GWh worth of capacity annually.

The future needs high-quality, green batteries. And it needs lots of them.

We are currently in an exciting fast-growing phase and operate in a busy, fast moving environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. We are staffing our international office in Stockholm, our R&D facility, Northvolt Labs, in Västerås, as well as our Gdansk facility for production of battery systems. We are also preparing for upcoming positions at the main factory, Northvolt Ett, in Skellefteå.

We want to work with experienced battery experts as well as talented and purpose driven people from all kinds of disciplines to make this happen. Those of us already on board share a bold streak and a passion for our mission. We are prepared to work hard in pursuit of excellence. We enjoy the ride and our main drive is to make a difference for real. We are a team dedicated to thinking new, working hard and having fun. Join us today!
