QuEST is looking at bring on a Recruitment Specialist who will act as a strategic and trusted partner to support people operations in Malmö, Sweden. This individual will have a commercially focused mind set and translate those business needs to resourcing capabilities on the ground to support existing and new account requirements. This individual will be a key member of the pan European people function which comprises of a 30 member team and will work closely with the key departments such as Human Resources, Training and HR Shared Services. We are looking for a professional who is background in Direct Sourcing a variety of skills like Software hiring. QuEST has a workforce of more than 50+ professionals based in Malmö and the roles covers interface with all employees, department and key business department heads.
The position will be located in the Malmö, Sweden office.
This role is part of a Global People Function and you will work closely with team members based in Europe and India, therefore strong communication in English and interpersonal skills are essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
QuEST has a number of Hi-Tech and Engineering clients in Sweden. We build and operate teams that take on work packages and deliver to customers' requirements. Hence, suitable candidates would be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to build the teams supporting these customers.
• Suitable candidate is expected to drive higher volume of permanent recruits instead of contractors. Establish vision, strategy and roadmap for how we will source top talent and efficiently run an effective recruiting process to deliver on QuEST's immediate and long-term hiring goals.
• Utilize your network of contacts in technology recruitment to identify suitable candidates and vendors.
• Act as a Functional Expert on document checks, ensuring that all Delivery Management team members are up to speed with the process and terminologies
• Ensure consistent data accuracy and suitable reporting
• Lead the team to deliver business impact by establishing and optimizing our sourcing and interviewing strategies in ways that lead to measurable gains in our recruiting metrics (e.g., response rates, screen volume, conversion rates, candidate NPS, hires)
• As a member of our recruiting leadership team, help us continually improve our team across a variety of topics: learning & development, team culture, recruiting processes, partnership with other departments, and data analysis
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
5+ years of recruiting experience in Sweden
Passionate about talent acquisition and sourcing, with a lens for exceptional candidate experience
Comfort operating in ambiguity
Superior communication skills with the ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans
Entrepreneurial mind-set, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS
• The ideal candidate will have generalist recruitment experience with strong sourcing operations background
• Experienced in Sweden recruiting regulations
• Ability to quickly develop professional relationships
• Strong influencing and consulting approach
• Flexible customer focused approach
• Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong organisational skill with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stake holders across the board - Swedish and English fluency is required
• Strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity of working in a matrix organisation is essential
• Strong in analytics with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Experience of working in a global environment desirable - other European countries and India in particular
