We are on the lookout for a dynamic and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant team in Stockholm. As we embark on an exciting journey to establish the world's first mega-factory for zinc-ion batteries, known as the Enerpoly Production Innovation Center (EPIC), we're seeking a passionate individual to play a key role in shaping our future.
The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Enerpoly, you will be at the forefront of our rapid expansion, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Collaborate with business units, scout talent in the market and academia, and build an active talent pool to fuel our growth. You will contribute to our employer branding initiatives and play a vital role in enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire hiring process, from defining job requirements to closing, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Collaborate closely with managers to understand current and upcoming talent needs.
• Build and maintain an active talent pool.
• Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
• Work closely with HR and marketing colleagues on employer branding activities and events.
• Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice through strategic branding initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for diverse roles.
• Understanding of new technologies, digital services, and preferably AI.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems, preferably Teamtailor.
• Full working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Background in recruiting within the Battery industry.
• Experience in a fast growth company or similar environment.
