Your role
Saab Career Center has created a new team of highly skilled professionals with the objective to reach, attract and recruit passive candidates and build long term relationships. Targeting talents from various occupational groups, reversing the recruitment process, the team works proactively to attract and recruit Saabs most critical competences. In close collaboration with hiring managers, employer branding and the business, the Talent Acquisition team work methodically to raise the Saab awareness among our targeted talents and increase the number of hired candidates.
You will be entrusted with an on-going quest to attract the best people within the tech industry, maintain a strong employer brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You have a sharp eye for talented people and a great passion for delivering excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Planning, monitoring and running recruitment processes together with our hiring managers to attract our most critical competences.
* Identify qualified candidates via search, engage and present to hiring managers.
* Ensure we deliver a professional and qualitative recruitment process, always delivering an excellent candidate experience.
* Support and guide managers to meet their hiring needs, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Work proactively when building and maintaining our candidate network.
Your profile
To be successful in this role you need to have a bachelor's degree within HR or similar and preferably a few years of experience from working with recruitment in a competitive market. You have experience working closely with hiring managers forming successful collaborations. As you will be a Saab ambassador, your communication skills will be of the utmost importance as well as your ability to establish relations.
We believe that you are structured in your way of working and that you are flexible and persevering. You should also have great administrative skills, have the ability to take initiative and ensure structure to your own work.

It is an advantage if you have experience from LinkedIn Recruiter and/or our HR-system Workday.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
