Job Description
To our client within banking we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist! In the role you will be driving the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing. This you will do together with hiring managers and lots of time will be spent with your team - attending daily meetings, running sourcing sessions, and coming up with new ideas for attracting talents. Your tasks will among others be to source, interview, sell and close top talent, but you will also inspire and motivate people to join.
