In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.
We're fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help on the journey ahead!
About the role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech, you'll be tasked with hiring more awesome people for our Tech & Product departments. Together with our TA Tech team, stakeholders, and hiring managers, you'll get the opportunity to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that allow us to continue to scale our organization while ensuring top-quality hires.
The TA team works with end-to-end responsibility for our processes, meaning that you'll do everything from competence profile all the way to making an offer. Sourcing, referrals, and advertising will be natural parts of the trade but we'd also be looking to you for advice on how we brand ourselves and communicate externally as well as finding new ways of reaching those really tricky Tech/Product candidate segments.
In this role, your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Ownership of the hiring for the Engineering domain
Working closely with the Engineering and Product departments to understand hiring needs in order to engage and attract the best Tech talents while providing an outstanding candidate experience
Creating and maintaining several candidate pipelines
Creating and implementing TA-related projects such as process improvements, assessment processes, employer branding strategies, and much, much more.
About you
As you can probably tell, we are looking for someone great. We'd expect you to have worked in a similar role before joining us, preferably at/with a fast-growing startup/scaleup where Tech has been at the core of the business. You possess a solid understanding of the technical candidate landscape and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
As an individual, you're flexible in your approach to your work and able to adapt quickly and change priorities in accordance with business needs. Moreover, you love to share your knowledge and experience with those around you and collaborate on projects that are not domain-specific in nature.
When we review your profile we'd ideally see evidence of the following:
+2 years of experience in technical recruitment and a track record of sourcing and attracting passive Tech Talent
Solid sourcing skills and a genuine interest in trying new tools and strategies to improve pipeline speed and success
Experience in building and maintaining diverse candidate pipelines through multiple approaches and networks like LinkedIn
Experience working with both Engineering and Product roles is a plus
Living in or close to the Stockholm area
