I'm so very thrilled about this responsibility and can't express enough how much I look forward to the journey ahead. Schibsted has a strong focus on personal finance, and our portfolio consists of companies such as Lendo, Compricer, MittBolån, Hypoteket, Rocker and more. All personal finance companies share the same goal: to help people take control over and improve their finances through digital, user friendly, and transparent comparison services.
We are now looking for two awesome TA Partners Tech to join me and the amazing brands within Schibsted FS & V!
Together we'll ensure nothing less than a breathtaking TA for the Schibsted Fintech superstars like Lendo, Compricer & more...
The Role
The tech candidate market is more than competitive. It moves fast, evolves and develops new kinds of challenges and opportunities daily. Great talents simply do not spawn, they need to be found, aligned with opportunities, tested, challenged and sometimes convinced. That's where Talent Acquisition comes in and this is where you come into play!
As Talent Acquisition Tech you will be responsible for full-cycle, end-to-end tech recruitment and activities related to attract top tech talent into critical skills needed. This includes proactively build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential tech candidates by using creative ways for sourcing. You'll be aligning expectations with opportunities, handling stakeholders and hiring managers while providing a fab candidate experience. You will also take part in our employer branding initiatives. The typical roles you'll hire for are within Engineering, Product and UX with amazing and brilliant people.
About You
A profound interest and an understanding within tech is super valuable. Insights on tech talent availability, market trends, needs and expectations will be more than helpful. Different sourcing techniques and TA tools such as LinkedIn and Stackoverflow are at your fingertips.
You are digital first, data driven, and are comfortable with ATS, utilising it to create structure to make sure a thorough but swift process. It is a plus if you are experienced within competency based recruitment and have worked with personality and capacity tests before.
It is important that you are curious by heart, eager to learn, understand the business to challenge the stakeholders to further improve our TA. You are passionate and compassionate and have a 'can do' attitude. You take pride in and a sense of accomplishment in closing those hard-to-fill types of roles.
You will get a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to structure your days!
