In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Take accountability for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes to enable and support our hiring managers to make the best possible hiring decision within Tech capability area.

• Source and engage with Tech talent through active search, externally and internally, to create a dynamic talent mobility.

• Set up hiring manager communities/forums to understand hiring and skills needs, current and for the future.

• Collect & ensure talent insights to support management with clarify on hiring capacity, bottlenecks, and progress.

• Continuously provide input on our Talent Acquisition processes, policies and programs to ensure they are fit for purpose and ensuring it holds a high hiring validity.

• Create a great candidate experience where everyone in contact with Swedbank is left with a deeper understanding of our culture and values.

What is needed in this role:

We believe you are organised and self-driven. You have an interest in people and are a team player by nature who likes to share learnings and learn from others. You take a consultative approach when partnering with your stakeholders in the business. On top of it all, you thrive in an international and multicultural environment where English is the business language and connecting with colleagues remotely across the Baltics is something that inspires you. You make sure we do the right things for long-term success - together.

Your background:

• Experience as Tech recruiter and in building talent pipeline and strong networks in Tech skills.

• Proven project leading abilities: you can analyse, organize, manage stakeholders as well as implement new initiatives.

• Skilled interviewer with a passion for people through competency-based recruitment and interview techniques.

• Experience in using talent market data and applying appropriate search tools such as LinkedIn to attract and engage candidates.

• Strong communication skills in English.
