We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Telecom and Tech to join our team in Stockholm.

What you will do
Work closely with the recruitment team and our clients to find and attract candidates, primarily for engineering and R&D positions.
Handle the recruitment processes end-to-end.
Use a proactive approach and various methods and tools to find and attract the best talents globally.
Use social media tools to launch recruitment campaigns.
Network with academia, institutions and relevant social media groups.
Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Analyse future market needs for R&D engineers and experts.
What you bring
Three to five years of experience in headhunting and recruiting globally in telecom, tech, and R&D.
Master's degree in tech/HR/telecom.
Fluency in English. Swedish and a third language are meriting.
A can-do and positive attitude towards your work and the people around you.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and experience in working with multi-cultural teams.
Super-user skills on LinkedIn and other social media.
Proactivity and a problem-solving attitude.
Detailed knowledge of the European/global talent market.
Customer focus and ability to build great relationships - both virtual and in-person.
This is a permanent contract starting in September 2024.
