As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hemnet, you will support our company growth and work across our entire organization. The majority of your role will be focused on end-to-end tech recruitment, including everything from sourcing and attracting candidates to supporting managers throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for ensuring a great candidate experience, and make sure we continue to build our employer brand, and position ourselves as the interesting tech employer we are.

You will belong to our People & Culture team, consisting of 5 people working with different parts of the People & Culture agenda. Some important areas for us are employee engagement, talent attraction, employer branding, people analytics and diversity & inclusion. As a Talent Acquisition Partner in our team you will have the opportunity to contribute and collaborate around many of these areas.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in end-to-end tech recruitment, who is comfortable with competency based recruitment and avoiding unconscious bias in our processes. We think that you have worked with supporting stakeholders throughout the entire process as well as making sure they buy in to and follow the set recruitment process. Since our company language is English, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with both English and Swedish.

We think that you enjoy working with all parts of the recruitment process, being able to take on both big and smaller tasks. We also believe you have a genuine interest in people as well as in finding the best ways to attract tech talents. We need you to be a team player as we work closely together in the People team, to support the business and our organization in the best possible way.

If you have previous experience from working with employer branding and strategic Talent Acquisition, it would be a plus.

This role is a temporary position of 12 months due to parental leave, but we are a growing company so let us not rule out more long-term or permanent opportunities that might turn up along the way.
