We are looking forward welcoming a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a highly motivated and passionate team who are embarking on a new and exciting journey together are about to establish new way of working.
Your contribution
Drive and ensure a top-quality recruiting process and collaborate with recruiting managers across the organization.
Optimize and develop the various steps in a recruiting process.
Build a network of qualified candidates by pro-actively work to attract the right candidates by using various recruiting channels and networks, including social media and industry network.
Contribute to optimizing and enhancing the candidate experience
Develop and conduct training workshops for managers.
Plan and execute employer branding activities in the region.
Contribute to global projects in the field of Talent Acquisition.
Your qualifications
To establish yourself successfully in this role, we believe that you already have a couple of years' experience within recruiting. Perhaps you are already working in a broad HR role and find recruiting to be the most fun part. Alternatively, you might already be working for a consulting firm or inhouse as a recruiter.
We prefer it if you have an academic background combined with experience in recruiting tools and digital platforms.
Since Nouryon operate globally, you will have to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English (written/verbal).

The application process
After the closing date, we will start the selection process.
In our first selection we thoroughly go through all the applications. If your skills and qualifications match the profile we are looking for, you will be invited to an initial phone interview that takes approximately 30 minutes. If you proceed in our selection process, we invite you to a face-to-face interview that takes about 1,5 hours. There you will meet with the hiring manager.
