Job Description
We are looking forward to strengthening our central Talent Acquisition function by adding a TA-partner to our fantastic team! Our TA team is partnering up with leaders across all H&M Group Head Office functions, to secure we have the right people in the right place to fulfill our purpose - to grow in ways that create meaningful difference to our customers and to the world. We are supporting and driving recruitments within several competence areas such as assortment, analytics, controlling, e-commerce, sales, expansion, marketing, supply chain, tech, sustainability and many more.
Key Responsibilities:
As a TA-partner you will be part of setting and executing the TA strategy for your specific competence area in close collaboration with your recruiter colleagues. You are acting as a talent advisor, bringing insights and guidance to hiring managers across H&M Group, enabling us to attract and hire great people with needed competence to our business organizations. You are driving full circle recruitments where you secure a competency based, objective and inclusive processes, actively promoting diversity. You are for sure keeping up to date with the latest TA marketing and EB trends, exploring innovative candidate sourcing strategies to find and engage with potential candidates worldwide, always with a great candidate experience as a top priority.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
You are a true team player who enjoys working with a variety of people. We also believe you are self-driven, curious, and brave - turning words into action, wanting to try new things, and finding motivation in exploring innovative ways to drive results and have an impact. You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence others.
Extensive experience driving full circle recruitments from inhouse recruitment function or in an agency, preferably in an international environment.
Experience from working in roles from sales & marketing and / or retail would be highly meritorious.
Extensive experience in driving recruitment processes for both leader- and specialist roles.
Knowledge and experience working with competence-based recruitment methods.
Education within business, HR or other related field or comparable work experience.
Experience working in an ATS system and preferably also relevant test tools.
Experience working in cross-functional set-ups, including stakeholder engagement.
Genuine interest in leadership.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
