Job Description
We are looking for the right person to take on the role as the lead for Talent acquisition and Employer branding. We want to findsomebody who is acreative expert in attracting andfinding the right talent,preferably with experience within techrecruitment.Lifesum is growing fastand we have our eyes firmly fixed on our goal - we're looking for people with the same drive and determination as we have. We have great things ahead of us and this is a great opportunity to take on a new role within the company,to help us in our organizational growth.
What you will do
We want you to take responsibility for Lifesum 's Talent acquisition process as a wholein order to deliver the best support possible to the growing business, but also developing our ways of working.
• You'll provide full-cycle recruiting; including the following;- Sourcing where you'll find and evaluate the best candidates on the market.
• Recruiting - where early in the process you will perform phone interviews, book and conduct interviews and administration.
• Work closely with and support our hiring managers in the process.
• Employer branding, whereyou'll identify and deliver on the best possibilities to attract new colleagues
• RepresentLifesumat both internal and external events.
• On-boarding processeswhere you'llcreate, develop and deliver an excellent process so thatnew Lifesummer 's feel welcome.
• You'll report to VP Human Resources
What we expect from you
You have previous experience within Talent acquisition and Employer branding. You have hands on working experience within recruiting and sourcing candidates and understand the challenges that come with it. You like to work in a structured way and work close to managers to create an excellent candidate experience.
• You'll definitely need to havea winning attitude and a can-do mentality like us.
• You'll definitely need to have greatpersuasive ability.
• You have at least 2+ years ofprevious recruitment experience.
• You have experience in online databases (LinkedIn, StackOverflow etc.)
• You have excellent verbal/communication skills.
• You have a strong inner drive, sense of ownership and a proactive/service minded focus.
• You are well organized and structured.
• You are comfortable in a constantly changing environment.
• Swedish and English required (verbal and written), additional languages are always a bonus.
