Your Mission
As Talent Acquisition Manager in our fast growing organization, you have a key role in making sure we constantly attract top talent from all over the world. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Talent Acquisition process, from sourcing talent to closing a candidate, and to throughout the process ensure the highest level of candidate experience throughout the process. You will manage Sourcing, Recruiting and Employer Branding strategy and process, striving to constantly improve the Truecaller Employer Brand, innovate the processes as well as inspire and motivate the Talent Team.
You will partner with Hiring Managers and Management Team to understand current and future recruitment needs and prioritization and drive continuous improvement in recruitment process. You will lead the Talent Acquisition team (in-house as well as contractors/consultants). You will be responsible for EB strategy and plan, managing events and sponsorships and all such activities (with help of HR and Marketing Team) and using social media in creative ways to improve Employer Brand Awareness.
This is a hands-on role for sure, where you will be working with both daily operational and administrational tasks as well as strategic responsibilities. You will be reporting to the Chief HR Officer and will be a member of the HR team.
Your Skills
We?d love to hear about your experiences and education like:
• Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration/Economics / Personnel-Administration / Psychology or other relevant field
• Proven successful track record from Recruiter and/or Talent Manager role
• Proven successful track record from working with sourcing and employer branding, preferably for tech roles
• Experience with staff- budget- and reporting responsibility
• Global experience from working with multinational markets and cultures
• A plus with experience from telecommunications/Internet/media/technology company
• Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
