Role overview

This is a unique opportunity to accelerate your skills and experience by joining our journey as an Intern at one of Europe's fastest growing logistics startups. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support Airmee's People team in our pursuit of identifying and attracting fantastic colleagues.

Since the People team is still small, you will have a broad range of tasks and responsibilities but with a clear focus on supporting the team in the recruitment process to build a world-class organization. In this role, you'll support and partake in various recruitment processes, from identifying talented candidates to assessments and delivering the best candidate-centric hiring experience. We're a flexible company that constantly changes every few months thanks to our growth, which requires an eager mindset, combined with creativity and grit.

So, what will you do?

• Assist and partake in the end-to-end recruitment process within Airmree, such as; talent research, screening, interviews and candidate assessments
• Engage with our internal stakeholders to assess our recruitment needs
• Through technology, look for ways to further develop our effective sourcing strategies , with the goal to create an even better candidate experience
• Be knowledgeable, creative, driven, and excited to share the magic of working at Airmee

What're we looking for?

• You have a passion for people and are eager to learn and further develop your skills within HR and Talent Acquisition
• You have a relevant academic background, either completed or currently enrolled
• Experience from recruiting, HR or similar administrative tasks are highly meriting.
• You are solution oriented and keen to learn new methodologies, processes and technologies
• You are well versed in both English and Swedish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building long lasting relationships
