hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos FlexLink AB i Göteborg As an intern in the Talent Acquisition team, you will gradually be involved in all activities of our selections. Using your communicative skills and analytical mindset, you will help to source candidates through a variety of means including recruitment websites, job boards and social media, as well as participate in all recruitment-related activities, such as taking references and doing phone interviews. Eventually, you will be able to manage your own recruitment processes, partnering with line managers and ensuring excellent delivery from start to finish.
You will be located at FlexLink Global Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main activities and responsibilities
• Work in a team environment and provide support to other Talent Acquisition team members to assist in selection projects related to specific job positions
• Be gradually involved in the whole selection process, from the very beginning until the end, conducting phone and face to face interviews
• Attend meetings with Line Managers to understand positions' requirements and ensure that the candidate profile matches the competencies needed for the position
• Learn the use of TalentLink, our recruitment system, and how to manage selections there
• Be involved in Employer Branding Projects, contributing to the spread of Coesia's brand identity
Who are you?
• Bachelor degree within HR or similar is meritorious
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably competency-based
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required to allow for the best opportunities to contact candidates within and outside of Sweden
• Ability to develop good working relations and with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to think creatively
Duration and compensation
• 6 months full-time internship, with a good chance of becoming a permanent member of the team
