As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will support the continuous growth of Etraveli Group by coordinating the recruitment processes. You will work in close collaboration with HR Sweden and our hiring managers, and if needed support our internationally located positions.
If you have an eye for talent and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you!
You will be based in the Uppsala with the HR team (we have crazy cat people, dog lovers and everything in between), and be part of an international HR team spread out from Sweden and Greece to India and Canada.

Responsibilities
You will play an important part in building a great candidate experience with transparent communication and quick feedback, and you will establish a huge internal network.
Organize multiple recruitment processes, mainly with a Tech-focus
Create job ads and posting on our different channels
Identify, engage, screen and interview qualified candidates
Book and coordinate interviews
Administer and provide feedback on screening tests
Enable swift and high-quality recruitment processes for the business as well as the candidates
Create a great candidate experience with transparent communication and quick feedback.
About you
You take pride in being service-minded, with a strong inner drive and a can-do attitude. We have a lot going on so trust us, you will grow!
We believe you have finalized studies in HR, Behavior science, Psychology, Business Administration (or likewise)
You enjoy communication and have strong skills in both the Swedish and English language
You are independent and do not step back when things get a bit tough
