Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a part of an agile team working and deploying new digital capabilities that will help transform our hiring across Ericsson. You will lead on designing and developing new ways of working and help drive the transformation needed to implement workflow and digital solutions that will positively impact our customers and realize significant business impact.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.

What you will do
Identify and drive new initiatives by cooperating with end users/customers to understand their needs and translate those into concrete actions
Interact with people leaders, local recruitment teams, hiring managers and employees across the globe to diagnose needs and facilitate change
Plan & complete activities to ensure adoption of working in new ways including building and implementing strategic and tactical communication plans to build awareness and desire among target groups and stakeholders
Develop an overarching global deployment and adoption approach and tactical implementation plans
Develop a common and compelling vision recognizing and accommodating diverse regional and organizational needs
Deliver measurable transformation with value and impact

To be successful in the role you have
Track record of delivering to talent acquisition strategies with pragmatic on the ground solutions that increase institution of desired change efforts
Good understanding and experience with delivering complex organizational change methodologies, models, and tools and how to apply them
Ability to adapt your approach and communication style to fit different situations
Ability to establish yourself as a trusted and indispensable adviser
