Who you are
You are a junior star with exceptional talent and drive. Maybe you just graduated from university, maybe you have worked a year or two but more importantly - you have a passion for people and how to build high-performing teams.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
Strong analytical and cooperative skills with the ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent management is a plus.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
What you'll do
Together with Senior Leadership and the Talent Acquisition Team, develop and implement global staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes scale, quality, and speed of hires.
Establish key performance metrics for the TA function, with the goal of creating an extraordinary high-performing TA organization, with support from Senior Leadership.
Implement and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across the whole company.
Design, document and continuously develop onboarding processes and the overall Talent Management strategy.
Lead TA processes to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the staffing strategy and ensuring staffing alignment with overall company goals.
