This role is a temporary position of approximately 14 months (with great chances to becoming a permanent role)
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Be a part of a small TA-team in a big department (People & Culture) working with full cycle recruitments (including search, screening, digital and physical interviews and reference check) towards our office roles.
Work closely with the hiring managers from many different departments throughout the recruiting process. In other words, you will recruit all kinds of business related roles such as project managers, business developers and accountants.
Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and create a great candidate experience.
Besides working with recruitment you'll be working with our Learning & Development Project at foodora, which you will play a big part within.

QUALIFICATIONS
You have a university degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business Administration or similar.
Any experience from working with recruitment is a plus.
You speak and write English fluently, skills in Swedish are a plus.
Start date: May/June
Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we've moved forward to the screening or interview phase.
Our recruitment process will include the following:
Psychometric tests via Alva Labs - We use science-based methodology.
Digital HR interview - Let's get to know each other a bit better!
Case interview - Do your magic and meet us face to face.
Reference check - Almost there!
Background check - Final step before we'll become colleagues.
