As Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Partner at LumenRadio you are responsible for our operational and strategic recruitment and employer branding, we see that you constantly see potential where we can develop and become even better. You are important for the long-term employer brand of LumenRadio, which today is characterized by committed employees, wonderful culture and constant development. We want to give you a varied role with operational recruitment, fun projects within employer branding, where your daily work is characterized by freedom under responsibility. As a Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Partner you will be responsible for operational and strategic Talent Acquisition and employer branding at LumenRadio in Sweden. You are responsible for attracting and recruiting ambassadors to us. We also believe you will work with our EVP. In addition to this, you are highly involved in creating routines and structures for efficient recruitment and an excellent candidate experience. This includes setting up recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding etc.
You future
• Run end-to-end recruitment process, from requirements profile meeting with recruiting manager to signing, you will partner with our recruiting managers and provide as efficient & good process as possible for both the company and the candidate.
• Represent LumenRadio in external contexts and work strategically to manage and develop our own Employer Brand.
• You have the freedom to influence the focus of your work depending on the area of interest.
About you
• To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a few years of experience in similar positions and work.
• You have a relevant academic background within Talent Acquisition and you thrive in growth companies and where the company focuses on people and business development.
• If you have experience of working with search, recruitment, employer branding and / or digitization of HR processes, we think it is extra exciting, but it is not a requirement.
• We believe you are energetic, analytical and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You also like the idea of being involved in development processes going forward.
