The role we are looking for
Nordcloud Talent Acceleration team runs innovative programs for recruiting the talent and then training them to become nextgen cloud experts.
We are looking for a Talent Acceleration Associate in the central team with the passion to help and improve growth in the team. In this role you will be supporting at a strategic level with building the processes and with executing them.
Your day to day tasks include (but not limited to):
Building and owning the process around recruitment with different sourcing streams.
Screening the candidates, communicating and scheduling the interviews with them.
Working closely with the program managers to continuously improve the process to work efficiently towards the objective.
Collaborating with the People Operations team to ensure timely, accurate and smooth onboarding of the candidates.
Contributing to the other domains under Talent Acceleration.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a relevant field.
Dedicated and able to manage the time efficiently.
Self driven, committed and result-oriented person.
Good Microsoft / Google suite skills - delivered with an eye for detail.
Eager to learn new technologies that support business needs.
Verbal and written fluency in English.
