The academy was established in 2005 and it educates more than 500 students and professionals for i.e. Avinor in Norway, LFV in Sweden, Naviair in Denmark and other customers. Entry Point North offers advanced training facilities at its premises at Malmö Airport, Sweden.
Entry Point North is expanding its air traffic controller training operations and is looking for 3 new assistants who are ready to take off with us!
Job description
As a Training Assistant, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues. The tempo is high and you will have a key role in maintaining this. Your main responsibilities will be to produce student material, plan and coordinate course modules and administer our booking systems.
From start to end, you will monitor the courses we give, be fully responsible for administering these and assist Course Supervisors in their daily work.
You will be a contact person for our instructors and give them support in connection with routines and procedures. You will also assist the training management team in various projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for enterprising people with positive attitudes. You are structured and fearless when it comes to organising and taking responsibility for whatever needs to be done. You are creative and innovative. Where others see problems, you see possibilities.
Some years of experience in an administrative role are essential. You must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes. As all materials will be produced in English, you must also have a very good command of English.
