Do you want to join and contribute in developing a Purchasing team?
We offer you a position with an opportunity to participate in developing a Purchasing team in AB Tetra Pak regarding Indirect Purchasing. Your contribution will be important and visible. Indirect Purchasing includes all supplier relations that are not related to Tetra Pak customer products. In this role you will support the Supply Managers with organizing and managing purchasing activities towards suppliers.
Within this context your main responsibilities will be to:
• Support Supply Managers with strategic sourcing contracting activities of preferred suppliers
• Be responsible of sourcing contracting activities of base suppliers, based on agreed purchasing strategy, to ensure suppliers' high performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery
• Drive and support contract implementation
• Manage and follow-up compliance of implemented contracts and supplier performance
• Plan and execute corrective action to restore suppliers performance, create and execute improvement plan
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive accuracy of master data on suppliers, contracts and materials
• Be vendor master data approver
Publiceringsdatum2011-09-09KvalifikationerTo be successful in this position you need to have an educational background within purchasing, preferably at University level and some years of relevant experience within this area. Strong drive, good networking skills and result orientation together with skills in supplier management, negotiation and cost analysis are essential. You have the capability to work independently but you also like to work and contribute in a team. A good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is necessary. Knowledge of advanced Excel and SAP are a merit.
