We are looking for a Commercial Manager to strengthen our Tactical Team, driving improved monetization of BCSS solutions as part of a highly skilled team in a dynamic and exciting market.
What you will do
You will be working in close collaboration with the Head of Sales and Market Area Commercial Management teams, acting as an authority in commercial matters!
Key focus will be on supporting the BCSS turnaround by;
shaping commercially sound offerings in line with BCSS commercial strategies
optimizing complex deal commercials through price analytics, tracking and steering
developing commercial strategies, tactics and other assets for reuse across market areas
supporting the development of new commercial models enabling improved monetization
securing consistent commercial decision base for BCSS non-delegated business
securing strict commercial adherence and challenging existing ways of working by driving continuous improvement
You will bring
University Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Business Administration
Min. 5 years work experience in Ericsson Commercial Management, Product/Service Area, Business Management or Sales in Ericsson
Strong analytic skills and business understanding
Solid understanding of BCSS Cloud Native portfolio and commercial T&Cs
Excellent communication and networking skills
Confidence to work self-managed in a fast paced environment, acting with integrity
Proficiency in English both written and oral is a must, additional multiple languages are a plus
