Dina arbetsuppgifterYour main responsibility as a sourcing partner is to find the best possible consultants for Ework's clients through their network, the network includes various companies that provide you with private entrepreneurs and consultants who are relevant for the jobs. You will also support the customers in acquiring consultants and maintain the sourcing process according to Eworks guidelines, that is working independently, giving high quality service with a proactive approach. Moreover, you will focus on the Finnish delivery while maintaining the client's team and help them find the source for their needs in Sweden and Norway.
As a Sourcing Partner you will work closely with line managers at TietoEVRY to find and understand their future needs. With outstanding communicative skills and business mindset, as a Sourcing Partner you will be responsible to find, attract, and match the right consultant to their client's.
Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:
• Sales experience, preferably from the consultancy business
• An understanding of technical and IT systems
• Recruitment and/or consultant procurement experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, highly meritorious with fluent finnish
