Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations.
We are the link between design and volume production. We make sure Ericsson's high technology products are manufactured with high quality, in an effective and cost efficient way. Our responsibility includes securing an efficient supply chain flow for our products globally.

Publiceringsdatum2011-01-27Dina arbetsuppgifterTactical Buyers responsibility:
• take lead in supplier evaluation/development processes
• facilitate and drive Site Supplier Teams per commodity, in cooperation with the Supplier Quality Assurance department
• secure and monitor that ESS Kumla and clone sites fulfill/follow agreed commercial contracts
• be the supply speaking partner towards sourcing for develop the preferred supplier list (PSL)
• perform and report Supplier Performance Score card to the Material Management organization
• monitor, communicate and improve deviations on supply capability, internal and external
• escalation point for ESS Kumla and clone sites when material constrains appears
• allocate material between different sites in case of material shortages
• be a part and also responsible to secure the purchase area in the industrialization projects, transfer projects and global product substitutions
• the Tactical buyer is responsible to identifying and report external cost in product changes
• on weekly/monthly basis report global material constrains and improvement plans
• be a part in Ericsson cross-site commodity teams.
The position also requires skills to build contact networks against our suppliers and good prioritization ability. The pulse and flow of the work is high, so you need to have a good stress threshold and a personal drive to always struggle for success.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You as a candidate have High school or higher education in Logistics or relevant area, and good knowledge of Supply Chain management.
You also have:
• knowledge of business system, for example SAP
• ability to communicate in written and spoken Swedish and English
• accountability and foresight with business sensibility
• good interpersonal and communication skills, suitable for a multi-functional and international environment.
