hela Sverige PIM (Product Introduction and Maintenance) RBS is a newly developed function within the BNET Supply Radio & Core organization with industrialization and maintenance responsibility of Radio products into the supply chain. Having the complete Product Life Cycle Management responsibility means that the organization is responsible for the performance of the products within the global supply chain through their lifetime. Responsibility areas of the function include test development, NPI production, inbound material, engineering, projects as well as requirement handling.
We are now recruiting the position as Tactical Buyer within Procurement, Inbound PIM RBS in Kumla. In this position you will report to the Manager, Procurement Node.
As Tactical Buyer you are a part of a team of Operational Buyers, Tactical Buyers and Global Material Coordinator. The function works on a global scale and the responsibility will include driving for operational efficiency by having a lean and agile approach.
You are expected to develop and maintain interfaces with relevant PDUs and Sourcing as well as Supply functions such as Inbound Supply and other Ericsson Supply Sites and EMS Partners.
The scope for Tactical Buyer is:
• Part of Supply Chain mapping
• Secure supplier capability in product introduction phase & ramp-up for new unique components
• Be a part and responsible to secure the procurement area in the industrialization projects, transfer projects and global product substitutions
• Monitor, communicate and improve deviations on supply capability, internal and external
• Be the site supply speaking partner towards sourcing for develop the preferred supplier list (PSL)
• Take lead in supplier evaluation/development processes
• On-boarding process for components, from PIM RBS towards Inbound Supply
• Provide input to Inbound Supply regarding Supplier Performance Card for NPI
• Status reporting to pre-TDM for Inbound capability regarding NPI & Early Deliveries
• Execution of Product Substitutions towards suppliers
The position also requires skill to build contact networks against our suppliers and good prioritization ability. Experience:
• University degree in Logistics, Engineering or equivalent working experience
• Experience in all areas of industrialization and maintenance work
• Highly developed skills in communication, networking and teambuilding
• Experience and/or knowledge of Lean thinking and agile WoW
• Supply and / or Logistic experience as well as technical knowledge
• Good knowledge of Material Supply flows and concepts
