* Create and maintain workflows for incident, problem and change-processes
* Further development and integration of ServiceNow
* Continuously work to optimize and automate integration flows

You will belong to the European organization with close collaboration with colleagues both in Sweden and internationally. Fujitsu is located in modern facilities in Kista, Stockholm.
WHO ARE YOU?
You 're motivated to work in a global organization with both national and international contacts, having all of Europe as your remote work field. Since this is a central role with daily contacts, we see that you have a positive attitude in your communication with both customers and colleagues.
Fujitsu is an employer who invests and puts great responsibility on the individual, which requires that you 're a person who thrive in taking responsibility of your work and are used to independently push things forward.
We see that you have a programming background, ideally within JavaScript and knowledge of integrations. You have a good understanding of systems, are good at seeing connections and have a logical approach in your work.
A great deal of focus will be on automation, we therefore see any script languages such as Pearl or PowerShell especially meritorious. It also a plus if you have experience with ITIL.
You will have a lot of contact with colleagues in Europe, therefore English is a requirement, Swedish is a merit.
