The Carton Economy organisation is responsible for Development and Engineering of a product portfolio, with the strategic intention of enabling Tetra Pak to build a new customer and consumer base in the developing and emerging markets with low purchasing power.
We are looking for a person with dual roles, a system engineer that also has a background and interest in simulation. As a Systems/Simulation Engineer you will be working with different competence groups (mechanical, automation, physics and chemistry) which also include our Marketing & Product Management organisation during the development of multifunctional packaging systems.
Main responsibilities
• Be a part in Product development projects and take responsibility of quality, cost and time of Systems Engineering related activities
• Prepare, present and document all the base of decision material to technical governance body
• Manage the technical requirements of the total system and it's main interfaces
• Manage technical risks on a system level and document, track and communicate the systems technical maturity
• Develop, implement and spread knowledge of simulation

You are result oriented and comfortable working with change management. Leading in an informal way is a natural way of acting for you. Furthermore, you have a curiosity and an interest in complex technical solutions. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
We believe that you have a Technical University Degree and minimum 3 years of working with Systems Engineering and/or 4 years working experience as Simulation Engineer with experience in non-linear numerical methods with tools such as Abacus.
